Valencia C.F. U19 (2022)

The team introduces itself

Our squad will be made up of a mixture of two of our top men’s teams from the VCF Academy: VCF Juvenil A, a team that plays in División de Honor, the top national competition for this age group, and VCF Mestalla, the first men’s team of the VCF Academy, a squad that is currently in the Tercera RFEF.

VCF Mestalla are on the verge of securing promotion to Segunda RFEF and, moreover, as champions of the competition. A fact that stands out is that it is led by a legend of the Valencianista club, Miguel Ángel Angulo, the most successful player in the history of the Club with 7 titles. Several VCF Mestalla players have already made their debut with Valencia Club de Fútbol, as is the case of Rubén Iranzo and some such as Jesús Vázquez and Cristhian Mosquera have daily dynamics with the men’s first team. Many of them are regulars in the lower categories of the Spanish national team.

VCF Juvenil A are also in first position in their competition, with the chance to win the league after numerous seasons without being able to do so. Some of these players such as Martín Tejón and David Vassilev have made their debuts for VCF Mestalla. This squad is coached by José Bargues, former VCF Femenino coach among others.
